Pilot stage. Last updated September 2026.

What CPS is

CPS (Cheapest-Power Scheduler) is an advisory API. It recommends where flexible compute jobs should run based on public day-ahead power prices. It does not dispatch workloads, control hardware, or move data. Placement decisions stay with you and your scheduler.

Accounts and keys

Signing up issues one API key, shown once. You are responsible for keeping it secret. We store only a hash of the key, never the key itself.

Pricing

Production pricing is $10 per GPU managed per month, metered from your usage. The pilot is a $5,000 flat fee for 30 days on one cluster, arranged during onboarding. Billing is handled through Stripe when enabled; until then, pilot billing is arranged by hand.

Your data

You provide site characteristics, job definitions, and account details. We store them to operate the service. Power price data comes from public grid operators. You can delete everything we hold about your account at any time with DELETE /api/account, no questions asked.

No warranties

CPS is provided as is. Price data comes from third-party public sources and can be delayed or wrong. Projected costs are estimates for planning, not guarantees. We state costs in dollars against observed prices and never promise savings.

Acceptable use

Use CPS through the API for its intended purpose. Do not abuse rate limits, resell access without agreement, or use recommendations to manipulate power markets.
