What we collect

At signup: your name, work email, and company. In use: the site characteristics and job definitions you submit through the API, and the routing decisions and receipts we generate from them. Power price data is public market data from grid operators, not personal data.

What we do not collect

No tracking cookies, no analytics beacons, no advertising profiles. The dashboard asks for your API key once and keeps it in the page memory only; it is never stored in a cookie or local storage.

How we use it

Account details are used to operate your account and contact you about the service. Site and job data are used to produce recommendations and receipts. We do not sell data and we do not share it except as required by law.

Deletion

DELETE /api/account wipes your sites, jobs, decisions, metering records, and account in one call. After deletion nothing of yours remains on our side.

Data requests

For access or deletion questions, use DELETE /api/account for instant deletion, or reply to your pilot onboarding thread and we will handle it by hand.
