# CPS (Cheapest-Power Scheduler)

> CPS is a GPU scheduling API. It watches real day-ahead power prices (CAISO and NYISO live) across a customer's sites and regions and recommends where and when each flexible AI training or batch job should run to minimize power cost. Advisory only: CPS recommends, a human approves, the customer's own scheduler dispatches. Every recommendation is sealed as a hash-chained receipt. Costs are shown in dollars against real market prices; CPS makes no savings percentage claims.

## Pricing
Pilot $5,000 flat for 30 days, one cluster. Production $10 per GPU per month.
